Project Manager (B2C Transformation)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the full lifecycle of B2C transformation projects, from identifying business needs to measuring final results.
• Support the preparation of management presentations and project documentation.
• Plan and coordinate project preparation and implementation processes, including resource and cost planning.
• Monitor project tasks, deadlines, and milestones to ensure end-to-end successful delivery.
• Identify risks and obstacles, escalating them to leadership when necessary.
• Conduct impact studies and post-project follow-ups to evaluate the results of implemented developments.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Relations and B2C Transformation leaders to improve process efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

• Higher education degree or currently pursuing one.
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in project management or process development.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Ability to think structurally and navigate complex processes.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience using MS Project.
• Knowledge of SAP, DMS One, Salesforce, or HUSZÁR systems.
• Familiarity with customer service support systems.
• Previous experience specifically in process development or transformation projects.
