Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project governance processes and maintain supporting systems to align with project requirements.
• Coordinate the production of weekly status reports and dashboards to ensure accurate and timely communication.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate information flow and build collaborative relationships.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing proactive mitigation and response plans.
• Oversee project budgets in collaboration with finance, monitoring expenditures and managing variances.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, identifying critical path activities to prevent delays.
• Coordinate resource allocation and monitor utilization to optimize project delivery.
• Establish and enforce quality standards for all project deliverables.
• Manage project documentation and maintain a centralized repository.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Project Management, specifically focusing on governance, reporting, and coordination.
• Proven experience in a product-focused delivery environment supporting large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Strong experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Projects, and MS PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
• Experience as a technical Project Manager managing software implementations and integrations.
• Advanced degree (Master's) in Project Management or a relevant field.
• Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO).
