Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project governance processes and maintain supporting systems.
• Coordinate the production of weekly status reports and dashboards to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate communication and information flow.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks with proactive mitigation strategies.
• Oversee project budgets in collaboration with finance and monitor resource utilization.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, identifying critical path activities to prevent delays.
• Establish quality standards for deliverables and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage project documentation and maintain a centralized repository.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Project Management, specifically focusing on governance and reporting.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and product-focused delivery environments.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Projects, and MS PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
• Experience as a technical Project Manager managing software implementations and integrations.
• Advanced degree (Master's) in Project Management or a relevant field.
• Prior experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO).
