Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate product releases, including feature releases, patches, and client-specific deployments.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for multiple enterprise clients, managing requests for enhancements, configurations, and defects.
• Oversee the administration of ServiceNow-based applications across client instances, including user access and configuration governance.
• Drive the execution of multiple parallel workstreams, tracking milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Establish and improve operational processes for request intake, release governance, and environment management.
• Create and maintain essential documentation such as runbooks, release notes, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 4-6 years of experience in operational execution, release coordination, and platform administration for enterprise-scale applications.
• Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills, including expectation setting and escalation handling.
• Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS or workflow platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with ServiceNow is a significant advantage.
• Experience working with leading tech industry analyst or B2B SaaS firms.
