Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the planning, procurement, execution, and close-out phases of operations-related projects.
• Create and manage schedules for critical path milestone objectives involving stakeholders such as Plant Managers, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
• Manage project deliverables including scope, budget, and governance to ensure safety, quality, and cost goals are met.
• Coordinate purchasing processes in SAP, including requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice management.
• Maintain risk registers and provide weekly/monthly status reports to senior management regarding project progress and capital budget forecasting.
• Lead teams of internal and external professionals providing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 5+ years of project management experience within the energy, power, or utility industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera or MS Project, and SAP cost management software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with all levels of management and technical personnel.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with concurrent scheduling demands.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with operating wind and solar plants, including substations or collector distribution systems.
• Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP).
