Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Partner closely with IT leadership and technical teams to implement high-quality IT solutions using Agile Scrum or Kanban.
• Oversee project execution, track progress, and adjust schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with leadership, stakeholders, and external vendors or customers.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of project management experience in Software Engineering, IT Systems, or a related field.
• Proven ability to deliver results on large-scale projects.
• Solid working knowledge of effective Project Management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and different timescales.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, or large customer accounts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Agile Scrum methodology.
