Project Manager, Automotive–Software Defined Vehicles

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive the successful execution of automotive projects spanning software, algorithms, and systems
• Manage program attributes including schedule, scope, budget, staffing, and cross-project dependencies
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and program risks
• Partner with software, DSP, systems, silicon, and marketing leaders to ensure delivery of integrated system solutions
• Coordinate day-to-day program activities, priorities, and communications across global teams
• Serve as the primary focal point for program status, issue escalation, and stakeholder communication
• Utilize JIRA to track progress, manage workflows, and maintain execution transparency
• Ensure development activities align with automotive quality and development standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Master's degree preferred)
• 5–8 years of industry experience with success in project/program management in software-intensive environments
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and automotive software lifecycles
• Hands-on experience using JIRA or similar tools for managing development execution
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional, multi-site teams through influence
• Experience managing complex dependencies across system, software, and hardware domains
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
