Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage projects following established processes and provide direction to assisting Project Engineers
• Complete projects per contractual requirements within budget, on-time, and with high customer satisfaction
• Oversee overall financial performance, including project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, and A/R collections
• Manage the delivery of contracted scope and secure change orders for scope expansion
• Coordinate project materials and shared resources while identifying and resolving constraints
• Manage relationships with sub-contractors and implement corrective action plans as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of Building Automation and Controls experience and/or 3+ years of Project Management or Supervisory experience
• 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Clean and valid driver’s license
• Ability to climb ladders or use lift equipment above 8 feet and lift items up to 50lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HVAC, Engineering, Electrical, or Mechanical fields
• PMP Certification
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and project management skills
• Working knowledge of project financial reporting
