Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate work duties with subcontractors and field personnel to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and insurance adjusters.
• Manage project payment terms and assist the Project Director in the collection of outstanding accounts receivable.
• Coordinate job starts, schedule appointments, and manage after-hours emergency services such as board-ups and water/fire damage restoration.
• Obtain all necessary city permits and inspections.
• Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT safety regulations.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage projects, run reports, input work orders, and forecast budgets for labor and materials.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a construction superintendent across all phases of construction.
• Current OSHA 30-hour construction certification.
• Valid asbestos, lead, and mold certifications.
• Current IICRC AMRT certification.
• Valid State Driver's license and forklift operator certification.
• Ability to pass an OSHA (HAZWOPER) medical surveillance physical and drug screening.
• Ability to wear full and half-face respirators.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Xactimate, and Salesforce.com.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in insurance restoration.
• A combination of both commercial and residential project experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
• Experience operating vehicles up to 26,000 GVW and truck-trailer combinations.
