Project Manager Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage DSP-related operational projects end-to-end, including scoping, planning, and execution
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Data, Finance, and Legal teams
• Assist in DSP project negotiation through data analysis and feasibility assessments
• Coordinate project launch preparation, workflow alignment, and payment setup
• Monitor project progress against milestones and manage risks and dependencies
• Ensure timely and accurate receipt of China DSP payments and reports
• Resolve reporting, payment, and reconciliation issues between local DSPs and central finance
• Support DSP-related data analysis, reporting validation, and performance tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in project management, operations, or finance operations
• Experience with financial reporting or revenue-related operations is highly preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
