Project Manager Assistant

Responsibilities

• Carry out login checks for all files, including verifying account numbers, client contacts, and sample identifications
• Create and update quotes within the LIMS system
• Assist with invoicing tasks, including corrections, monthly invoicing, and posting to client online systems
• Maintain and update client account information and notes
• Coordinate sublet tests and verify statuses
• Prepare and enter client bottle requests for shipping
• Track lost, missing, archived, or on-hold samples
• Assist with sample login, layout, and reception as required
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with established safety regulations and quality procedures

Requirements

• High school graduation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and work independently
• Environmental laboratory experience is considered an asset
