Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate all Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile values, Scrum practices, and DevOps mindsets to improve delivery efficiency
• Proactively identify, manage, and remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress
• Promote an adaptive Agile culture to respond effectively to changing requirements and priorities
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress against milestones to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery
• Manage project budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear and transparent status updates

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Agile Project Management or Scrum Master roles within software development
• Strong practical understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall–Agile hybrid models
• Proven experience in planning, tracking, and delivering complex software projects end-to-end
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, TFS, or Microsoft Project
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Ability to work closely with technical teams with a good understanding of DevOps practices and software delivery pipelines
