Project Manager & Asana Administrator

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives from concept to delivery, focusing on creative production and digital execution
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource requirements
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocations to ensure profitability
• Serve as the divisional Asana administrator, managing workspace architecture, user permissions, and standardized templates
• Design and maintain Asana rules, forms, and tech stack integrations to streamline workflows
• Oversee creative production timelines for video, graphics, and assets
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
• Author and maintain process documentation such as the Marketer's Guide and PMO's Guide

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in marketing campaigns, events, or creative production
• Advanced or expert-level knowledge of Asana, including administration and template building
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience managing international or remote teams across various time zones
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital asset management

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency experience
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a marketing context
