Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery safely, on time, and within budget
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets
• Oversee tender packages and participate in contract evaluation and award processes
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams including internal engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and verify progress
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks
• Facilitate communication across stakeholders and manage project changes
• Ensure contractor compliance with safety management plans and HSE policies
• Lead project closeout activities and asset transition to operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering registered with PEGNL
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive project management or engineering experience in hydro-electric or electrical utility projects
• Strong background in managing multidisciplinary teams (electrical, civil, mechanical)
• Experience managing projects on operational industrial sites and contractor supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
