Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all project aspects including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, and budgeting
• Work closely with owners and design teams to develop preliminary concept drawings
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope of work and provide value engineering ideas
• Oversee the buyout process and the selection of subcontractors
• Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings
• Partner with the Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and adherence to the schedule
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of project management experience in multifamily, commercial, or light industrial projects
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive design-build experience
