Project Manager Architecture

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end store development projects, including new store openings and relocations, across specific EMEA hubs.
• Oversee all project phases: pre-project planning, engineering, fire protection, mobilization, GC tender, construction, and post-project reviews.
• Own key deliverables including store design, timelines, costs, and quality control to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Conduct site due diligence in collaboration with local architecture experts prior to lease signings.
• Manage project budgets and track KPIs related to execution and financial adherence.
• Collaborate closely with Brands, Real Estate, and local Hub teams to align on project briefs and milestones.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience managing store development projects for a fashion retailer or consumer brand.
• Extensive knowledge of retail construction, including store layouts, fixture installations, and MEP requirements.
• Experience with site development processes such as permitting, landlord approvals, and zoning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field.
• Fluency in both English and German.
• Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint; experience with AutoCAD/Revit, Sketchup, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
