Project Manager Architect - Urban Planning

Responsibilities

• Design, drive, and lead architectural assignments
• Maintain and manage an established network to contribute to project inflow
• Apply a business perspective to strengthen assignments and client relationships
• Identify business opportunities and drive growth within the Gothenburg market
• Develop and lead teams in collaboration with other business areas and partners

Requirements

• Five-year degree in architecture (landscape, physical planning, or building construction)
• Minimum of ten years of relevant professional experience
• Experience as a project manager or assistant project manager in architecture
• Existing client contacts and experience in business development
• Strong understanding of business models, profitability, and market analysis
• Strong design capabilities and high ambition levels
• Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken)
