About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives including M&A (mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures), capital projects, and enterprise transformation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Establish governance structures, manage decision frameworks, and ensure delivery against quality, cost, and timing targets.
- Identify and mitigate risks through proactive contingency planning and stakeholder communication.
- Manage end-to-end transaction execution, including due diligence, integration, and Day 1 readiness.
- Track performance through KPIs and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.
- Participate in a structured 18–24 month talent rotation program designed to build leadership capabilities and enterprise-wide business acumen.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, project management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- PMP or Prince2 certification (or a strong willingness to obtain certification).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) and planning tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
- Willingness to travel 15-20%.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Previous exposure to M&A or large-scale strategic projects.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders beyond direct authority.
