About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives including M&A (mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures), capital projects, and enterprise transformation.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Establish governance structures, manage decision frameworks, and ensure delivery against quality, cost, and timing targets.
  • Identify and mitigate risks through proactive contingency planning and stakeholder communication.
  • Manage end-to-end transaction execution, including due diligence, integration, and Day 1 readiness.
  • Track performance through KPIs and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.
  • Participate in a structured 18–24 month talent rotation program designed to build leadership capabilities and enterprise-wide business acumen.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, project management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • PMP or Prince2 certification (or a strong willingness to obtain certification).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) and planning tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
  • Willingness to travel 15-20%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous exposure to M&A or large-scale strategic projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders beyond direct authority.
