Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to scope, time, quality, and cost parameters
• Manage project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies while coordinating technical resources
• Oversee contract management and financial processes, including budget development and cost variance reporting
• Facilitate clear communication with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders
• Monitor project performance through KPIs and provide regular status reports to management and clients
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous process improvement and best practices
• Identify business development opportunities and foster potential leads to support organizational growth

Requirements

• Proven experience in a project manager role within an engineering consultancy business
• Extensive contractual experience with NEC contracts (PSC and/or ECC)
• Strong financial management skills and experience with budget control
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and clients simultaneously
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred
• Experience in the water sector is advantageous
