Project Manager, APAC Market Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of strategic, process improvement, and regulatory projects as a Project Manager/Business Analyst.
• Identify impacts on business models, operational processes, systems, and resources from initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, compliance, risk, and finance to drive change.
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive, value-added solutions and test plans.
• Maintain a robust governance process to ensure accurate and timely project delivery through established frameworks and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing leadership and direction for project resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in project management or business analysis.
• Proven ability to lead in unstructured situations and manage complex organizational tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for partnering with senior executives and subject matter experts.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise exceptional judgment.
• Ability to work independently and proactively to grasp complex subject matter.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of technological development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Alteryx and UI Path.
• Prior experience in Fixed Income Operations.
