Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and follow up on construction, manufacturing, shipping, assembly, and commissioning
• Manage project reporting to both management and customers
• Handle customer communication and conduct continuous alignment meetings
• Perform continuous financial monitoring and project follow-ups
• Participate in negotiations with customers and suppliers

Requirements

• Civil or university engineering degree
• Experience in similar roles, preferably with budget responsibility
• Experience in machine, process, or plant construction
• Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to travel internationally (approximately 20-40 days per year)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the pulp and paper industry
