Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain close customer relationships built on integrity and trust
• Manage the full project lifecycle from engineering and manufacturing through delivery and construction
• Create detailed project plans to sequence activities and track progress
• Coordinate with internal sales, logistics, procurement, and finance departments to manage schedules and budgets
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and resolve stakeholder issues
• Monitor project costs and provide monthly reports on execution progress and financial status
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards through proper planning and NCR analysis
• Travel to project sites within the US and globally as required

Requirements

• BS degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical, or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a metals or industrial environment
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager
• Ability to read and interpret complex contracts and project requirements
• Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Solid organizational skills with high attention to detail and multitasking ability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SAP for project management and forecasting
