Project Manager and Social Content Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as the main Point of Contact for the client, ensuring smooth communication and deadline compliance
• Lead weekly status calls to present internal proposals and calendars
• Develop weekly and monthly content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, X, and Threads
• Write platform-specific copy in Polish and English
• Conduct daily social monitoring and community engagement
• Perform quality assurance on all scheduled content and assets
• Brief internal design and video teams for creative asset production
• Lead quality control of all creative deliverables

Requirements

• Native Polish and fluent professional English
• Deep knowledge of Gen Z culture and social communication
• Deep knowledge of the Polish music scene and experience in the music industry
• Experience in content management and social media "always-on" retainers
• Strong project management and client relations skills
• Ability to work a dedicated schedule of 4 hours per day (10:00 AM to 2:00 PM)
