Project Manager and Resident Engineer

Responsibilities

• Complete industrialization tasks during NPI projects and production ramp-up
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders for automotive line requirements
• Support mass production to achieve production, capacity, and delivery targets
• Manage supplier performance and resolve technical issues
• Drive continuous yield improvement and defect reduction
• Monitor and control mass production and mitigate operational risks
• Implement productivity and process improvement initiatives to reduce waste
• Track KPIs and perform lot disposition and MRB processes

Requirements

• Bachelor in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor assembly or supplier management

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physics or related fields
