About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer support data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement
  • Design and roll out programs to remove blockers and increase resolution rates
  • Collaborate with global customer support teams to gather insights and strengthen processes
  • Build reports, dashboards, and presentations to keep teams aligned and informed
  • Support the design of training and resources to help agents master new tools and workflows
  • Conduct change impact assessments to ensure new initiatives land smoothly

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support program management or similar roles
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or subject matter expert (SME) role
  • Fluency in SQL and strong analytical skills to turn numbers into actionable insights
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, or Twilio)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-paced, product-led companies or the FinTech industry
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
  • Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
