About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer support data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement
- Design and roll out programs to remove blockers and increase resolution rates
- Collaborate with global customer support teams to gather insights and strengthen processes
- Build reports, dashboards, and presentations to keep teams aligned and informed
- Support the design of training and resources to help agents master new tools and workflows
- Conduct change impact assessments to ensure new initiatives land smoothly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer support program management or similar roles
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or subject matter expert (SME) role
- Fluency in SQL and strong analytical skills to turn numbers into actionable insights
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, or Twilio)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-paced, product-led companies or the FinTech industry
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
