Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of cross-functional projects spanning product development, operations, and vendor management
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers
• Act as the central point of coordination across engineering, operations, leadership, and external partners
• Design and implement scalable project processes, SOPs, and operating cadences
• Coordinate logistics for prototypes, test equipment, and development materials
• Manage vendor onboarding, procurement coordination, and tracking of deliverables
• Drive execution rigor by tracking progress, surfacing risks early, and resolving blockers

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, program management, or operations
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
• Strong execution mindset with a proven ability to drive projects to completion
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing startup environments
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a self-starter mentality
