Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, including project definition and ensuring quality, cost, and deadline compliance
• Advise clients and guarantee qualitative, functional, financial, technical, and environmental project conformity
• Lead operations and pilot internal and partner AMO project teams (design-build, global performance markets)
• Select and coordinate partners while ensuring contractual commitments are met
• Monitor project finances, profitability, team workload planning, and budget adherence

Requirements

• At least 8 years of technical expertise in AMO or operations management
• Strong interest in environmental and sustainability topics
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client satisfaction focus
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to manage complex projects in evolving environments
