Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning from contract execution to final billing for pharmaceutical clients
• Manage event logistics including venues, accommodation, transportation, and catering
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery
• Maintain strict adherence to pharmaceutical industry compliance and regulations
• Coordinate attendee management for VIP clients, including preparing travel documentation
• Manage event budgets and process required payments to suppliers
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution

Requirements

• Proven experience in event management and program coordination
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical compliance and industry regulations
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on win/win solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
• Strong prioritization, time management, and attention to detail under pressure
• Professional fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using event management technology such as Cvent
• Proficiency in Spanish
