Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle EBS projects including project management, team management, operations, development, testing, and support services
• Lead functional and technical teams working on Oracle EBS
• Manage end-to-end delivery, client relationships, and service improvements
• Direct multiple technology teams and handle people management, including hiring, training, and performance reviews
• Coordinate with resources to direct projects in a timely manner using Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Identify end-user pain points and design automated tools or solutions
• Manage resource allocation, work distribution, and vendor resources

Requirements

• 10 to 14 years of IT experience with at least 4 years in project management
• Experience with at least 2 end-to-end Oracle implementations
• Proficiency in RDBMS and SQL knowledge
• Understanding of customization and Bolt on (RICE) developments
• Experience managing teams of 10-12 members
• Experience working in an onshore-offshore delivery model
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technical architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies
• Prior experience managing vendor resources
• Degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.), MBA, or MCA
