Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop project definition and acquisition documentation including RFPs, SOWs, CDRLs, schedules, and cost estimates
• Define programmatic requirements and coordinate with functional areas to establish project milestones and objectives
• Lead the evaluation of project proposals regarding cost, schedule, and technical compliance
• Manage project costs, schedules, and quality by overseeing execution and deliverables for multiple projects
• Identify and track project risks and integration issues, providing recommendations for mitigation
• Lead the development of transition and turnover plans for completed projects
• Act as the single point of contact for leadership, customers, and stakeholders regarding project support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Experience with project management methodologies, including budget development, planning, and control
• Experience working with delivery assurance principles and project lifecycle phases
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance
• U.S. Citizenship is required
