Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the full life cycle delivery of assigned contract work packages, including design, manufacture, and supply.
• Anticipate, manage, and resolve technical and programmatic issues while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Perform contract administration activities such as managing variations, claims, and technical queries.
• Oversee the Tier 1 supply chain to ensure strict adherence to Nuclear Safety standards.
• Manage contract changes, including scope definition, business justification, and implementation through proper governance.
• Develop and maintain level 3 schedules and apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles for commercial reporting.
• Coordinate with the HPC Site team to facilitate seamless delivery and pre-shipping activities.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering projects within technically complex and highly regulated environments.
• Experience in the Nuclear Energy sector or a similar regulated industry.
• Strong management skills in project delivery, financial management, and change management.
• Proficiency in using estimating, scheduling, programming, and risk management tools.
• Experience managing contractors, consultants, and advisors on large-scale construction projects.
• Working knowledge of NEC or FIDIC contracts.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and manage diverse groups of stakeholders.
