Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects and engineering studies from definition to on-site closure
• Define scope, cost estimates, schedules, and technical documentation
• Monitor timelines, budgets, deliverables, and project performance
• Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and EHS standards
• Supervise contractors and on-site activities
• Participate in vendor bidding processes
• Implement project control tools such as TPM, KPI, Lean, and Six Sigma
• Manage risks, resources, and corrective actions
• Control and report project status and budgets (OPEX/CAPEX)
• Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Completed degree in Engineering or a related field
• 8 to 10 years of experience in engineering and maintenance in office and laboratory environments
• Proven experience in capital project management, engineering, or construction
• Knowledge of project management tools including TPM, KPI, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing
• Experience in scope development, cost estimation, and budget control
• Knowledge of financial concepts such as OPEX and CAPEX, and proficiency with SAP
• Experience in contractor supervision and vendor bidding processes
• Knowledge of engineering, construction, and EHS regulations
• Experience in risk analysis and process optimization
• Ability to manage stakeholders in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments
• Project Management certification or studies is desirable
• Intermediate to advanced English is desirable
