Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of retail client projects, including requirement alignment, design proposal communication, POSM production, and on-site installation.
• Develop customized service solutions for retail visual and event needs, such as pop-up stores, window displays, and retail fixtures.
• Oversee on-site execution and quality control for installations, ensuring material workmanship and visual presentation meet client standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, handling after-sales requests, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Optimize internal workflows and supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage project finances, including contract adherence, invoicing coordination, and accounts receivable collection.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Printing, Packaging, Communications, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of project management experience in BTL agencies, retail visual merchandising (VM), or event marketing.
• Deep understanding of POSM, retail fixtures, pop-up store construction, and window display production processes.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
• Ability to handle high-stress environments and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including nights or weekends for event setups.
