Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage luxury custom residential construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, materials, RFIs, change orders, and documentation
• Coordinate with ownership, field teams, architects, designers, consultants, and clients
• Review plans, specifications, revisions, and project requirements for accuracy and constructability
• Maintain clear communication with clients and project stakeholders
• Proactively identify project risks and resolve issues
• Ensure projects are completed according to schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Support field teams with timely information and problem-solving
• Maintain accurate project records, schedules, and meeting notes

Requirements

• Experience managing luxury custom residential construction projects
• Strong understanding of high-end residential construction and custom finishes
• Experience managing projects in the $5M–$25M range preferred
• Ability to manage long-duration projects (16–30 months)
• Strong client communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work primarily in the Santa Rosa area
• Local candidates within 45 minutes of Santa Rosa preferred
