Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Organize the workflow process across various different projects
• Effectively manage staff resourcing on a daily basis through workflow platforms, daily regroups, and digital communications
• Serve as a conduit between design staff and management
• Work successfully within a larger group setting across different timezones
• Leverage AI and automation tools to optimize workflow

Requirements

• Experience with workflow management, preferably with a creative team within the entertainment marketing industry
• Knowledge and/or awareness of FYC/awards campaigns
• Fluency in Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel), Google Suite, Keynote, and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
• Clear and effective communication skills within a team environment
• Ability to respond quickly and flexibly to challenges without ongoing guidance

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of workflow software such as Wrike, Basecamp, Monday, or Workfront
