Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall implementation and launch of Texas school district therapy contracts
• Develop and monitor project plans, implementation trackers, and readiness dashboards
• Facilitate regular implementation meetings and hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables
• Identify risks, dependencies, and operational barriers to launch readiness
• Coordinate onboarding activities and document district-specific requirements
• Partner with Clinical Operations, Recruiting, HR, IT, and Finance to ensure operational readiness
• Create and execute go-live readiness plans for each school district
• Support post-launch operations and develop scalable processes for future partnerships

Requirements

• Texas school district implementation experience is required
• Minimum of three years of experience in project management, implementation, or healthcare operations
• Experience integrating therapy programs with school districts or special education programs
• Proficiency with project management platforms like Smartsheet, Monday.com, Asana, or Jira
• Knowledge of speech, occupational, or physical therapy operations
• Familiarity with IEPs, ARD meetings, and school-based service delivery models
• Experience supporting credentialing, compliance, and provider onboarding processes
