Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage small, singularly-focused technical projects from initiation through delivery
• Manage project finances, operations, and budgeting to maximize growth and profitability
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets to ensure productivity and quality
• Prepare status reports and participate in briefings with company and customer representatives
• Ensure adherence to administrative, human resource, and contract administration policies
• Identify new business opportunities and advise senior management on expansion

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5 years of related experience with project management experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills
• Ability to obtain a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• More than 10 years of applicable work experience
