Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of the migration project as per defined milestones and timelines
• Collaborate with the Infrastructure Project Manager to ensure alignment on AWS EC2 deployment and legacy integration
• Coordinate with automation teams, infrastructure teams, and business units to ensure smooth execution
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure reuse of existing infrastructure and orchestrator licenses (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate)
• Oversee integration with Active Directory, monitoring tools, and orchestrator connectivity
• Enforce encryption, RBAC, and compliance standards
• Maintain risk register and proactively mitigate project risks
• Validate latency requirements and ensure high availability and BCP strategies
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and provide regular status updates

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT project management, preferably in cloud migration or automation projects
• Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch)
• Experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub integration, and security best practices
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent certification
