Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large projects involving the replacement of parts or complete heat exchangers (Shell and Tube or Air Coolers) in accordance with company methodology.
• Prepare order opening documents and monitor activities across various departments to ensure successful delivery.
• Interface directly with suppliers and monitor Purchase Requests to ensure budget compliance and alignment with manufacturing plans.
• Prepare detailed progress reports for customers using illustrations and graphs.
• Manage project documentation, including uploading to the Meridian Data Warehouse and ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Coordinate closely with customers to review, finalize, and sign project documents.
• Instruct the administration department regarding invoicing based on project stages and follow up on payments.
• Select project team members and provide activity priorities to relevant departments.
• Analyze supplier offers and recommend suitable procurement options.

Requirements

• Mechanical engineering background.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in project management or a related field.
• Proven expertise in managing projects related to heat exchangers or similar industrial equipment.
• Strong cost management and budget monitoring skills.
• Experience in customer relationship management within the service industry.
• Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Office and internal software.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Knowledge of construction codes and industry specifications.

• Ability to lead by example and motivate project team members.
