Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead product and feature development projects from initiation through execution and delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Drive the implementation of new features within the decanter automation platform portfolio
• Coordinate design activities performed by multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Manage project resources and make decisions within agreed frameworks and budgets
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across R&D, factories, suppliers, and global sales teams
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions
• Prepare and present project status updates to steering committees and management

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience in project management, product development, and automation leadership within the mechanical industry or a similar technical environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build alignment across functions
• Proficiency in communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with lean product development, agile methodologies, or similar approaches
