Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage capital investment projects, including footprint planning and overseeing the installation, commissioning, and acceptance of core equipment.
• Lead the launch of EPD products, managing the full production workflow from pressing to brazing.
• Restructure and optimize existing production processes using lean manufacturing principles, such as equipment automation and layout rearrangement.
• Serve as the Key Equipment Coordinator for BU BFB to drive equipment standardization across all sites.
• Collaborate with other facilities and production automation teams to deliver relevant business unit projects.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering (or a related field).
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of project finance and negotiation techniques.
• Fluency in English at a negotiation level (written and spoken).
• Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships based on trust and respect.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Background in automation or Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Experience in process reengineering and production optimization.
