Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage capital investment projects, including footprint planning, installation, commissioning, and acceptance of core equipment.
• Lead the launch of EPD products, overseeing the full production workflow from pressing to brazing.
• Optimize existing production processes using lean manufacturing principles, including equipment automation, layout rearrangement, and process reengineering.
• Serve as the Key Equipment Coordinator for BU BFB to coordinate equipment improvement activities and drive standardization across sites.
• Collaborate with other facilities and production automation teams within the BU BFB to deliver strategic projects.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering (or a related field).
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of project finance and negotiation techniques.
• Fluency in English at a negotiation level (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in engineering and project management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in automation or Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (GB) or Black Belt (BB) certification.
