Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close projects according to deadlines and budgets
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution
• Develop project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and escalate issues to management
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Conduct project evaluations and identify lessons learned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in project management
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
