Responsibilities

• Lead the development and EPC execution of a new 2.6GW CCGT project
• Manage the owner’s engineer team, EPC contractors, vendors, and stakeholders from engineering through commissioning
• Ensure project execution complies with engineering, quality, HSSE, and regulatory standards
• Control project schedules, budgets, and minimize variation order claims
• Coordinate with O&M and customers for all execution and commissioning activities
• Manage tender processes, assessments, and value engineering to ensure competitive CAPEX
• Oversee document control and ensure all as-built drawings are archived in the Digital Technical Library
• Obtain all necessary licenses and permits from government authorities
• Support O&M operations post-handover to close out outstanding project issues

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of experience in project management for CCGT, Power, or Utilities projects
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project
• Deep understanding of gas power, utilities, and water processes
• Knowledge of International Codes and Standards such as ASME, API, and IEEE is an advantage
