Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and EPC execution of a new 2.6GW CCGT greenfield project.
• Manage the owner’s engineer team, EPC contractors, vendors, and suppliers from engineering through to commissioning and COD.
• Ensure project execution adheres to contractual schedules, budgets, QA/QC standards, and HSSE requirements.
• Coordinate with O&M, customers, and contractors for all execution and commissioning activities.
• Oversee project costing, scheduling, and the tender assessment process for EPC contractors.
• Manage the acquisition of necessary government licenses and permits required for plant construction.
• Ensure all project documentation and as-built drawings are properly archived in the Digital Technical Library.
• Support O&M teams post-handover to close out outstanding project execution issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management specifically within CCGT, Power, or Utilities projects.
• Strong technical understanding of gas power, utilities, and water processes.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Solid understanding of international codes and standards, including ASME, API, and IEEE.
• Proven leadership and communication skills to coordinate between internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex project issues promptly.
