Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple technical projects, driving timelines, and motivating teams to achieve successful execution.
• Determine project scope, goals, timelines, resourcing needs, and deliverables through insightful questioning.
• Proactively identify potential risks and challenges to keep projects on track and prevent obstacles.
• Streamline workflows to increase team efficiency and enable engineers to focus on execution.
• Coordinate project-level meetings and facilitate communication between stakeholders, management, and project teams.
• Communicate and present project and program status to multiple departments, including senior executives.
• Facilitate strategic goal-setting initiatives using OKRs.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with Trading, Operations, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional project or program management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar technical field.
• Familiarity with Jira is required.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience establishing and tracking OKRs to drive performance and measurable outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in software development, IT, or finance.
• Experience with other Atlassian tools, such as Confluence.
• Proven ability to create and refine processes rather than just following existing ones.
