Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from the bidding phase through execution and final close-out.
• Support the proposal team by developing project execution strategies and reviewing technical feasibility, schedules, and cost estimations.
• Establish and monitor project execution plans, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Coordinate activities across Technology & Process, Procurement, and Manufacturing departments.
• Manage client relationships, including contract management, milestone certification, and regular project reporting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while capitalizing on new opportunities.
• Lead project capitalization meetings to promote lessons learned and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in engineering, design, project management, finance, or procurement.
• At least 3 years of specific project management experience within an engineering environment.
• Strong management, coordination, and decision-making skills.
• Proven leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English.
