Project Manager Air Defense Systems/Navalization

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for the development of launch devices used to integrate missiles onto maritime platforms within air defense programs.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors on both a national and international level.
• Ensure the timely and cost-effective implementation of development results within your assigned area.
• Coordinate closely with other project managers in the missile family, as well as the Logistic Support, Development, and Manufacturing departments.
• Perform comprehensive stakeholder management to ensure all internal and external interests are integrated into decision-making processes.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Multi-year professional experience in project management and/or process management.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational talent and a high degree of initiative.
• Excellent communication skills and an open-minded approach to collaborating with colleagues and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience or knowledge regarding IRIS-T missile programs.
