Project Manager - AI Enablement

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and release of multiple ML and GenAI projects aligned with strategic business objectives
• Manage dependencies across internal and external squads to ensure timely delivery of product increments
• Facilitate quarterly planning, roadmap alignment, and Agile ceremonies including retrospectives and workshops
• Champion Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and coach cross-functional teams to embed an Agile mindset
• Engage with senior stakeholders across analytical and technology teams to provide project transparency and status updates
• Identify and proactively mitigate delivery risks while tracking quality metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Partner with data science, ML operations, and front-end teams to optimize release processes and reduce time-to-market

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end delivery of AI/Machine Learning initiatives in complex enterprise environments
• Proven expertise in Agile leadership, including coaching Scrum/Kanban practices and managing backlogs
• Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project reporting and governance
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder communication, dependencies, and project risks
• Solid understanding of financial analysis and general finance concepts
• Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Professional certifications such as PMP, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or Agile certifications (SAFe, Scrum Master)
• Working knowledge of data science workflows, coding concepts, and AWS enterprise deployments
• Experience scaling delivery across multiple regions and cross-functional squads
