Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage global operational excellence projects focusing on automation, process optimization, and performance improvement within the Customer Experience Group.
• Identify business core issues, develop testable hypotheses, and implement solutions to improve customer service and support.
• Lead operational flow configuration analysis and translate process flows into agent interface software using low-code tools or JavaScript.
• Conduct hands-on data analysis using SQL, Metabase, and Tableau to ensure process outputs meet business goals.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with Product Management and Engineering teams to improve end-user tools.
• Communicate project milestones, risks, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project/program management, software development, process automation, or data-heavy operations.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, or similar statistical software.
• Programming skills in JavaScript or Python.
• Experience with process flow automation, low-code development, or operational configuration tools (e.g., MS Visio).
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Proven track record of using a data-driven approach to solve complex business challenges.

• Experience in management consulting or finance.
• Ability to work comfortably with uncertainty and experimentation.
• Experience in stakeholder management across various levels of an organization.
